A Parfait Breakfast is Better with a Rainbow
* Vanilla soy yogurt (Whole Foods)
* Gluten-free cinnamon granola (Whole Foods)
* sliced Mango
* sliced Strawberries
* sliced Kiwi fruit
* fresh Blueberries
Layer the ingredients in a large glass or narrow bowl, starting any way you like.
I started with the yogurt then created my fruit rainbow with mango on the bottom, more yogurt then strawberry, yogurt, granola, kiwi fruit, yogurt, blueberries, finish with a granola topping.
